27 y/o female before and after as well as animation deformity after submuscular breast augmentation. Surgical correction by partial capsulectomy and reattaching pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. 605 cc silicone gel implants were then placed in a subglandular pocket.
The patient wanted a larger size in addition to correction of the deformities.

In these before and after photos, we see the results from a 4455cc breast augmentation. The procedure used smooth wall, silicone gel implants with moderate profile subglandular placement with an inframammary approach. The patient’s post-op photos are taken at six weeks.
