ELLUMINATE LASER
With minimal discomfort, the Elluminate device by Cartessa tands out among other lasers by integrating four proven and highly effective wavelengths into one elite machine. The 2940nm laser (Erbium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet) addresses signs of facial photoaging, including wrinkles, pigmentation issues, and unwanted textural changes, providing a highly ablative treatment akin to a microlaser peel. The 1064nm laser also targets redness and vascular concerns like rosacea and spider veins, while the 755nm (alexandrite) focuses on browns and pigmentation issues resulting from sun damage. The 532nm (KTP) laser addresses skin texture issues such as scarring and wrinkles. Together, these four lasers offer a comprehensive and versatile approach to skin rejuvenation.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Lasers provide varying levels of energy, speed, coverage area, and depth to remove unwanted hair across various skin types and hair colors. Yet, some lasers are far more effective for hair removal than others. Newer laser hair removal devices provide more people the best possible experience and results. The laser hair removal treatments with the EVO are quicker, due to the ultra-fast start-up times and wide laser-beam sizes. With two cooling options, integrated contact cooling and Zimmer air cooling adapter, providers can deliver results safely, and with a comfortable patient experience.

IPL & PHOTOFACIAL
Intense Pulsed light (IPL) treatment effectively addresses various forms of skin discoloration, including dark spots, age spots, and redness. IPL, often referred to as photorejuvenation, utilizes broad spectrum light to target specific chromospheres of the skin, such as melanin or hemoglobin. Our laser system gently heats the upper dermis, well below the skin’s surface, stimulating collagen production to improve the appearance of wrinkles. BOTOX, DYSPORT & JEVEAU
Botox|Dysport|Jeveau treatments offer a non-surgical treatment option that minimize the fine lines and wrinkles that accumulate from repeated frowning, squinting, and pulling of the face. Thrive Medical Spa was recently voted ”BEST BOTOX” by Best of 2024, Roswell/Crabapple! The treatment is minimally invasive and brief, requiring only a simple injection session, and the results last for about 3-4 months on average. The areas that are most commonly treated with Botox include the number “11’s” between the brows, the crows feet areas and the forehead wrinkles. Other popular areas include the fine lines around the lips and the platysma muscle, which runs down the sides of the neck and is responsible for many aging-related changes.
